Hazel Technologies is searching for a motivated and diligent customer success specialist to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction through effective customer sales support.

Position Description:

The Customer Success Specialist will report to the Vice President of Sales. They are directly responsible for the administration, implementation, and maintenance of Hazel customer accounts as well as the total sales effort between the customer, sales, production, operations, and other related departments within the company. This position will support both our sales team and the company’s customer base.


  • Recognizes and reconciles any potential order conflicts such as delivery/shipping delays, pricing errors, promotional allowances, and out of stock situations to ensure customer orders will deliver on time and in full
  • Resolves and/or escalates critical order issues to achieve customer goals and priorities
  • Monitors shipments to ensure that material is received on time and interacts with other departments such as Operations to proactively resolve issues affecting customer orders
  • Communicates to operations department changes to required delivery schedules
  • Meets with customers to enhance relationships and better understand customer needs
  • Consistently strives for continuous improvements by developing & sharing knowledge with others
  • Performed salesperson duties while personnel were on leave, including all customer relations and order issues.
  • Provide excellent inside sales support for outside account managers
  • Proactively research new prospects, communicate opportunities to increase new business
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Survey, and create regular reports showing in-field performance of new product performance.
  • Accurately maintain customer records by updating account information


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Customer Order Management, Inside Sales, or Operations Management
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Impressive interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized and tenacious
  • Experience with ERP/MPR systems and the ability to quickly learn other software programs
  • Ability to adjust, adapt, respond to, and be resourceful in the face of change to deliver business objectives
  • Exercises superior interpersonal skills inclusive of Listening, Empathy, and Persistence with regards to the customer relationship to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction


  • Knowledge of agriculture and/or agricultural technology
  • Fluent in Spanish
