Hazel Technologies is actively seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Regulatory Data Coordinator to support the Regulatory Affairs department for regulatory activities and record management. Regulatory compliance is of central importance to Hazel’s business activities and core mission.

Position Description:  

The Regulatory Data Coordinator will report directly to the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. This role will be responsible for compiling, organizing, tracking, and maintaining several collections of data, reports, and other information supporting Hazel’s global regulatory efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain document and data policies and procedures.
  • Establish systems to track relevant data, reports, and additional information as needed for support by the Regulatory Affairs department.
  • Develop comprehensive library catalog of company-owned and public literature supporting global regulatory needs.
  • Maintain security of proprietary information.
  • Identify publicly available literature and data according to company needs.
  • Establish and implement document libraries for collaborative access across all departments.
  • Ensure all information remains current and accessible by necessary users.
  • Produce abstracts, reports, or other summaries of available data.
  • Identify opportunities, trends, and risks based on analysis of available or lack of certain data.
  • Promote inter-company awareness of resources.
  • Remain up-to-date with ongoing changes and trends in information management systems.
  • Additional regulatory and/or information management responsibilities as requested.

Requirements:  

  • One to three years of database and/or information management experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in library sciences, data analytics, database administration, or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and time management skills.  
  • Comfort with managing and meeting multiple concurrent deadlines and projects.
  • Cognizance of confidential information concealment and disclosure best practices.
  • Team player with a demonstrated strong work ethic who excels at critical thinking.

Preferences:  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint.  
  • Familiarity with fresh produce supply chain / food retail.  
  • Experience analyzing and maintaining regulatory data.
  • Experience with information database development and/or services.
