Hazel Technologies is searching for an experienced and self-motivated supply chain professional to join our supply chain team and contribute to the company’s global expansion.

Position Description:  

The Supply Chain Planner will lead Hazel’s contract manufacturing activities by planning production requirements in coordination with external and internal stakeholders. They will be a member of our SupplyChain team supporting the development, implementation and management of strategies to provide Hazel with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance.


  • Leads, grows, and manages Hazel's Supply Chain, including scheduling, demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and global wholesale support for all company-made brands.
  • Act as single-point interface with suppliers and contract manufacturers globally; maintains good supplier relationships and leads regular internal and external alignment meetings.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders in Sales,Operations and R&D to review forecasts and develop strategic plans to meet demand.
  • Prepares and presents the Master Schedule within the S&OP process; Accurately tracks variance and plant capacities; Anticipates and communicates production resource constraints.
  • Responsible for vendor management and coordinates global procurement efforts, including sourcing and supplying raw materials and services.
  • Maintains Bill of Materials (BOM) in MRP system including regular BOM audits to maintain accuracy between BOMs and actual usage.
  • Acts as subject matter expert of Hazel's MRP software; Trains and mentors other team members
  • Identifies and informs appropriate levels of management of quality, safety and compliance issues that affect and drive the organization’s operations.
  • Develops key output and KPI requirements that support the supply and demand consensus across the organization.

Requirements for the Position:

  • BA/BS degree with 7+ years of Supply Chain experience


  •  MBA/MA/MS degree with 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
  • 2+ years of experience Supply Planning and InventoryManagement in an ERP system

Recommended but Not Required:

  • ISM, APICS, CSCMP Certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles
  • Expertise in Excel (V-Lookups, VBA, Macros,Dashboard creation, etc.)
